Domestic Shipping

All domestic shipping (All shipping within the United States) is not guaranteed "1-3 day shipping". This is simply a suggestion on data we have seen with previous orders. We do not make any guarantee to when your items will be delivered. We reserve the right to ship any way we see fit, regardless of shipping times. We will choose the best shipping possible within reason.

• Live Insects
   We guarantee the live delivery of lady bugs within the United States. However, if the tracking shows the package was delivered in the "MailBox" or anything similar that is closed in nature, the guarantee is void. This is simply due to the fact that the lady bugs can not survive in harsh temperatures. We are not responsible for any DOA (Dead On Arrival) due to any scenerios similar to this.

International Shipping

Our shipping partners do not always provide end tracking to track your shipments to your location. We do not make any guarantees on any shipping times. We will provide a shipping number that you can track until it leaves the United States. Sometimes this tracking number will be tracked all the way to your location, however at the point of exit from the United States, you agree we are no longer responsible for this package. You agree that you understand that you will in no way hold GF Agriculture liable for any chargebacks/disputes due to non-reciept or non-delivered packages outside of the United States. At the point of exit of the United States, the package is considered delivered.

• Live Insects
  We do not make any guarantees for live insects outside of the United States.
• Customs
  We are not responsible for any custom fees, tariffs, etc. caused by the import of our products. You accept the responsibility to check with your local customs office to see if there is any import fees associated with these purchases.
